two flower shaped sterling silver pieces are sawed out and domed before soldering them together with a circle domed on top. Sterling silver wire is made into silver balls and then soldered on top, before the bail is soldered to the back of one of the petals. Then there’s just a matter of sanding & polishing until it shines like a diamond.
